The SAR modifies the definition of "toy", because it is much more than entertaining

The SAR has recently announced its latest modifications, including a new definition of "toy", a word that deserved a claim because without a doubt, it is much more than entertaining.

In the old edition the toy was defined simply as an "object that serves to entertain", while in the new one it has been given a little twist. He points out that it is "an object with which children play and develop certain abilities."

Nor have they gone further, since many benefits could be enumerated from the toy, but they have wanted to somehow emphasize the importance of the toy as an instrument to promote certain abilities and skills in the little ones, something that was not done before.

We could mention many qualities about the toy. It is an instrument for the game, and although a toy is not always necessary to play, they help enrich the playful experience.

Toys contribute to the physical, cognitive and psychological development of our children. They stimulate their intelligence and creativity, foster their skills, open the door to fantasy, the ability to create stories, invented worlds and the possibility of playing other people. And also, of course, they help them to know themselves better.

There are toys and toys. Toys that are forgotten the day after purchased and others that accompany them throughout childhood, and sometimes even saved as a memory for children, do your children play with any of your toys ?.

The modification of the definition of "toy" was very necessary because the former did not reflect its true value, although it could still be deepened a little more about its importance and its role as a transmitter of culture.
