Today Monday, as every week, we bring you a summary with the highlights of the week, in these days when children have returned to school and we are already facing a new year, saying goodbye to a Christmas so close, but so distant at the same time.

We start with the purposes as a mother, for Lola's new year, which makes us all reflect on our role as parents.

When changing the year, we have also thought about the names that will be used this year and we have explained the names of boys and girls that will be a trend.

Entering the issue of pregnancy, we have shown you how the baby is formed inside the womb in an animated graphic. For smoking mothers, we have given you ten tips to quit smoking during pregnancy.

We have also talked about postpartum, explaining what diastasis is after pregnancy and talking about recovery after caesarean section.

Once the baby is born, many doubts assail us, so we have told you the most important thing about the weight and size of the baby at birth. In reference to the feeding of the baby, we have explained six things that should be known to start breastfeeding with a good foot and, in case the baby drinks artificial milk, we have given you a guide to know how much milk you should drink.

Finally, in the Answers section, this week we have asked you: How was your recovery after the caesarean section?, So that you give us your opinion about it.

We hope that this week the contents of Babies and more find them interesting, enjoyable and practical. We will work to make it happen.
