Simple white bean recipe with marinated meat

Many of the spoon dishes we like are much easier to prepare than we suppose. Today we are going to prepare a simple white bean recipe with marinated meat what you can do without difficulty to comfort the whole family and in which we practically do not need more ingredients than beans and some pieces of marinated meat like that of the morunos skewers.

The dish is a stew full of flavor, with great satiating effect and those who will continue talking for a few days, since it is one of those recipes that leaves great memories, and which everyone wants to repeat, especially in these cold winter days.

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 200 g of small white beans, 12 pieces of marinated pork, 2 bay leaves, 12 black pepper berries, paprika de la Vera, half a tablespoon of flour and water

How to make white beans with marinated meat

We start by leaving beans soak for 8 hours. The next morning, drain them well and put them in a saucepan with pepper berries, bay leaves and add water to cover them, exceeding them a couple of centimeters.

While we bring it to a boil, brown the pieces of meat in marinade in a pan and once they change color we reserve them. We are not going to cook them too much so that they remain juicy and do not dry out with excess cooking.

In the same pan, out of the heat, add half a tablespoon of paprika and half a pan of the broth of the beans and once dislodged, we return it to the saucepan mixing it with the rest of the broth.

When the beans have cooked about 40 minutes and are almost tender (times depend on the quality and size of the beans) we reintegrate the marinated meat and let it cook with the beans for about 10 minutes.
