Tania Llasera speaks honestly about breastfeeding: "you feel lonely and slave"

There are many celebrities who have decided to stop idealizing motherhood to speak with absolute sincerity about their experience as mothers. One of them is the presenter Tania Llasera, godmother of the "Session Teta" event, organized by Cinemas La Vaguada de Madrid, in which He spoke honestly about motherhood, his feelings as a mother and breastfeeding.

The initiative wants to help recent moms by offering a movie session where they can enjoy a movie while breastfeeding their babies. Tania has a baby, José Bowie (in honor of David Bowie) of a year and a half, and is now pregnant with a girl, who has already advanced that she will not be able to breastfeed.

The other side of breastfeeding

Given the theme of the event, Tania told her experience with breastfeeding. He commented that with breastfeeding, the mucous membranes of the entire body are resected and this affects a wound that he suffered in the past in one of his eyes. "My daughter is not going to be able to breastfeed and it makes me very angry, because it is very beneficial for both of us," he said.

And it has gone further, adding that breastfeeding far from being a path of roses:

"There is a horror movie there that nobody tells you and it is the only thing you feel, the slave you feel, the nipple pain, the rise of milk, the thousand postures to give it, the frenulum ... It is very complicated."

The truth is that breastfeeding is not easy. It is very demanding, requires a lot of patience, you feel alone, but you know that it is the best you can give your baby.

"Having children is a luxury"

The presenter talked about the reconciliation difficulties in our country and the low maternity leave that does not allow mothers to take care of their children as they deserve during the first months of life.

It is very difficult. They make it very difficult for us. Having children is a luxury, with today's salaries and things as they are (...). I think it's very difficult to reconcile, I think there aren't enough help, I think maternity leave disgusts, it's sad. The schedules ... I think that women are not helped at all, I think there are not enough nursing rooms, I think that when you travel by plane or train there is not enough help for a pregnant woman. I think they make it very difficult for us. It is a shame."

In statements to Zeleb he has told how his life has changed since he was a mother, and recognizes that as happens to all of us, there are times when you want to "get off the train" but by weighing you recognize that you wouldn't change being a mother for anything in the world.

"There are times when I say: 'I've often gotten brown, this is forever and I can't stop and get off at the train station', but it is also true that then you think about your previous life and say: 'I would not change it for anything in the world', my life was, in quotes, empty. I do not know how to explain it. It's magic, it's like a magical love you've never felt, ”he acknowledges.

Every pregnancy is different.

He also talked about something with which many mothers will feel identified: how different the pregnancy of one child and another can be. What proves that every pregnancy is a world, not only between one woman and another, but the same woman may experience completely different symptoms between one child and another.

"They have nothing to do with me. I slept with Pepe, with this girl I have insomnia. With Pepe I took the candy and gained 36 kilos. With the girl I have gained two pounds and she has given me salt and vegetables and salads"

Tania is one of the celebrities who openly shares her experience as a mother and now that she is pregnant with her second baby, she has returned to talk about real motherhood without complexes, like when she shared a photo seven weeks after giving birth saying she still looked pregnant.
