Save The Children has just presented its "# LosÚltimos100" campaign, which denounces child violence in our country while requiring the Government an Organic Law for the Eradication of Violence against Children and Adolescents.
The NGO asks everyone's collaboration so that through prevention measures and complaints, the 100 children killed in recent years due to violence in our country be really the last 100.

Once again, Save The Children denounces the terrible situation of violence and harassment that many children live in our country, like Maja of nine months and Carlos of four years, who died due to maltreatment, or Lucia who with only 13 years took her own life after suffering bullying.

The figures published by Save The Children are really shocking:
In 2012 alone, 9,060 cases of child abuse were detected in Spain.
One in two sexual abuses that occur in our country are against minors, and only 15% of them report
In regards to bulliyng, one in ten students claims to be a victim of bullying
Dozens of children lose their lives every year due to causes directly related to violence
Therefore, and given this serious problem, Save The Children demands a political commitment to approve a comprehensive strategy against all forms of violence against children, which has a specific budget and that has as its backbone an Organic Law.
A Law that ends any form of violence and protect minors of situations of abuse, gender violence, sexual abuse, bullying or any other damage to their physical and moral integrity.
