In the autumn of 2012 Frankenweenie arrives at Tim Burton's new movie

In autumn 2012 it will arrive on the screens Frankenweenie, the story of how little Victor uses the power of science to bring back to life his dog Sparky who had been run over. This is a review of a highly recommended short film directed by Burton himself in 1984. The film can be viewed in 2D and 3D and is shot with the stop-motion animation technique. Our fellow Blog Blogs inform us that voices known in the original version such as Winona Ryder, Martin Short, Catherine O'Hara or Martin Landau may be known. And that the Spanish actors that will bend are still unknown, perhaps it would be better not to do so. The premiere of the film will take place on October 5, 2012 in the USA and the date for Spain is unknown.

The film will have its history, apparently although Victor tries to hide his creation, when Sparky is brought back to life, conflicts begin to appear with Victor's classmates, with their teachers and thus the entire town will learn that creating a new life from a corpse can become monstrous. And it is that the story of Mary Wollstonecraft Shelley, Frankestein or the modern Prometheus, published in 1818 and framed in the tradition of the Gothic novel, is still valid after almost 200 years of its writing. I take this opportunity to recommend this work to be reviewed by reading enthusiasts.

Here I leave the trailer of the English version in case you are interested:

The film looks great and also reminds many of the plans of the original Frankestein movie that I also recommend reviewing at home.
