Russian chicken fillets. Recipe for children

Although we are already in the whirlwind of Christmas recipes, our children's meals and dinners ask us for variety so they can eat everything and be well fed. That's why today we propose a great recipe for children, Russian chicken fillets I'm sure they'll eat great.

Russian steaks are a classic recipe, similar to hamburgers but with a light touch of garlic and parsley that gives them a special flavor. For the little ones we have made them without garlic (which we leave as an optional ingredient) but we have included Parmesan cheese among the ingredients so that they like them more. You will see how they are a success at home.

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 400 g of chicken (breast) chopped, 1/2 clove of garlic (optional), an egg yolk, a branch of parsley, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs

How to make Russian chicken fillets

We start by cutting the fillets into pieces and then chop them to get minced chicken meat. This work you can ask your butcher To make it more comfortable.

In a bowl, mix the minced meat of chicken breast with egg yolk and chopped parsley, working with the fork until all the ingredients mix well.

Next, add the tablespoon of grated cheese and continue mixing. We take a pinch of salt and we form the Russian fillets making balls first and then crushing them by hand.

We passed the Russian chicken fillets for breadcrumbs and fry them in a pan with a pinch of hot oil, until golden brown. Then we serve them in a bowl, accompanied by salad or put them in hamburger buns to present them in sandwich format.
