A father of six children recreates the Olympics in nice pictures

Today the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro end and we have taken advantage to bring you these nice pictures of babies that recreate the Olympics, a small tribute to the sport and the Olympic spirit, but above all a sample of how well small models can have fun recreating these scenes.

Well, they and their father, Alan Lawrence, who apart from having the imagination and technical skills necessary to develop the assemblies will have an exquisite patience to achieve this result. It is not the first time we talked about Alan Lawrence, father of six children and author of That Dad Blog, since other times he has surprised us with his recreations, such as the tradition of "Elf on the shelf" or turning his baby into a funny Irish goblin.

The small protagonists are Wil and Rockwell, their young children, and the recreated scenes correspond to different modalities that account for the variety displayed in the Olympic Games: tennis, rings, long jump, beach volley, weight lifting, boxing, bar of balance ...

The author explains that he never had special interest in the Olympic Games until 2002, when some winter games were held in Utah, United States, which is where he resides. And now he intends to transmit the passion for the sport to his children and the last way to do it has been creating these photographs, with the participation of the little ones: they are the ones who have chosen the modalities they preferred to imitate.
