Açai Bowl with fruits and seeds

For the parents who take care of themselves, we bring a very healthy variant. Its preparation is simple and you have it ready in 10 minutes.

Ingredients:

Banana (frozen), 2 Blueberries (frozen) 40 Raspberries (frozen) 25, Almonds 6, Milk 150 ml, Ground acai 5 g, various seeds to decorate.

Preparation:

Preparation:

Beat the egg yolks together with the brown sugar until they are foamy, add the melted chocolate, ground almonds, grated carrots, orange zest and breadcrumbs. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Ingredients (for 9 muffins):

200 g of condensed milk, 2 eggs, 75 ml of soft olive oil, 150 g of pastry flour, 1 teaspoon of chemical yeast, the grated lemon zest and sprinkled sugar.

Preparation:

We start beating the eggs with the condensed milk and olive oil. Add the lemon zest and beat again. Add the flour with the yeast, previously sifted and stir with a spatula so that everything is integrated.

We cover the mixture with plastic wrap and store it in the fridge for a couple of hours, better if it can be overnight. Fill the capsules up to 3/3 parts, sprinkle a little sugar on each of them.

We introduce the tray in the preheated oven at 180ºC and we cook them for about 20 minutes or until it is cleaned with a toothpick. We open the oven and let them stand 5 minutes before taking them out to let them cool completely.

Ingredients:

Preparation:
