The temperature of the bottle

For something, the most common way to check the temperature of the bottle is by pouring a few drops on the back of the wrist. Because it is the most effective.

Breast milk has a constant temperature of about 32 degrees, so you must ensure that the bottle does not exceed 35 or 36 degrees. If it were hotter, the baby would most likely reject it.

A simple and reliable method to heat the bottle without risk of burns is to place it under a stream of warm water. A bottle warmer can be effective but it is still a device that takes place and has an easily replaceable function.

Be careful with the microwave because the liquid heats up faster than the container and when you touch it, you could have the false idea that it is still cold when the milk is actually the right temperature. It is best to check it on your wrist and if it is very hot you can cool it by placing it under a stream of cold water for a few seconds.

Likewise, the temperature of the bottle is very personal. Every baby has their preferences. While some prefer to take it at room temperature or barely warm, others like it hotter.

There are even babies who prefer that the nipple is also hot, this is achieved by putting the nipple under warm water for a few moments.
