Reconciling the work of being parents with the work performed in a company can be rewarding to feel fulfilled. Although in this case we are not referring to a private company, but to the Town Hall of the Community of Lorca, four councilors of this city council come to perform their duties accompanied by their children. The result is a table full of paperwork with the belongings of the four babies, pacifiers, bottles, diapers, etc.
The children are perfectly cared for by their mothers, they are responsible for adequately detailing the agendas in their agendas, ensuring that they do not match the necessary attention to give the necessary shots to their children. This image is very strange and more in a town hall, contrasts with other news we have talked about in Babies and more, such as the dismissals of some municipalities to pregnant mothers. We have no choice but to applaud the initiative of the municipality of Lorca, as it provides an example to be followed by many companies.
Thanks to this type of initiatives, being a mother is less complicated and performing the required work is more gratifying, of course, there will always be exceptions and in some jobs it will be practically impossible to reconcile both concepts.
