I am passionate about maps and my daughters seem to have inherited the same fascination to discover in them different territories, seas, rivers, mountains and lakes.
That's why I loved the custom maps that we can find in Kidlandia. It is a store that allows us to customize maps with names of cities, oceans, countries and include in them different animals, plants or even their favorite characters such as Dora Explorer or SpongeBob.
Each child can personalize his world map by inventing names of unknown lands, marking the species that live in them and even the name of the king or emperor who governs them, who surely choose to be themselves. I loved it because they can create their own fantasy world.
Once personalized, they can be purchased as a map, puzzle or mural to be placed on a wall. Without a doubt, a good idea to decorate the child's room.
But first, you can share it on Facebook or Twitter for others to give their opinion on the map created. Prices start from 20 to 150 euros depending on the size of the map. What I have not been able to discover is if they ship outside the United States, but if you are interested in the idea, it will be a matter of contacting them.
Anyway, if you do not buy it, it is fun to at least play for a while with the simulator to create your perfect world.
