Cartoon of The Little Prince on Disney Channel

Three years ago we anticipated that "The Little Prince" would go to television screens and today we verify that the announcement has come true because we can see The Little Prince on Disney Channel.

In addition to being a delight of literary work, simple, deep and timeless, recommended for both children and adults, The Little Prince remains a best seller 68 years after its publication and has become the most translated book in the world, after the Bible.

With all this, the children's classic of Antoine de Saint-Exupéry could not be missing on television, so he has returned in high definition and with a renewed look from the hand of Disney to sneak into the screens of our homes on Sundays at four in the afternoon.

The idea has arisen from one of his descendants, Olivier d'Agay, who has worked to adapt this great classic to the news of cartoons. The Little Prince's mission is to awaken the creativity and imagination of children along with their adventure companions: the rose, the fox and the evil snake, among other characters.

The cartoon series The Little Prince It is a collection of images in which no less than 450 animators have participated, and 18 million euros and three years have been invested.

It was released last Sunday. I missed the first chapter (also, 4 in the afternoon of a Sunday I do not know if it is the best schedule), but I will see it with my daughters because if the essence of the book is maintained it seems like a fantastic series for children . Have you seen it? What do you think?
