The second album of 'English songs for kids' will be released in July, which allows children to learn English while having fun

Thanks to my children I met the song 'the salad' that you will find below, and I liked it a lot because I thought that in a close and fun way it was approaching knowledge of English to children through music.

I say that thanks to my children because they are regulars of the 'Boing' channel, and although television is not my favorite hobby, I sit by their side to watch their favorite series, this allows me to approach their tastes and help them choose. This is how I discovered the video with the song I am talking about.

But let's go back to 'the salad' and its creator Manuel Higueras, actually this song It is just a sample of how this teacher and musician has been able to unite the two facets to 'teach children having fun'. Let's learn more about the project 'English songs for kids'

Manuel is an English teacher who has developed his functions in kindergarten classrooms although he is currently immersed in the facet of musician and promoting his new album 'English songs for kids II ”to be released the first week of July. However, he plans to return to the classroom because the idea was created there and because (in his words) teaching is his job.

When Manuel recorded 12 of the songs he sang to his students in the English class, the children who made the choirs also participated. The reception by the educational community did not wait, and it was decided to make the DVD version of the work, in which its students also participated. In fact, he had the support of the school and the parents of the children.

From there Manuel begins to become famous and is interviewed in a SER program directed by Francino, then came 'Peter & Jack, the floating school' a television program that aimed to teach English through music to children.

Manuel is usually accompanied by two nice characters created for the occasion: it's Peter (the monkey) and Jack (the crow). But for me the most striking thing is the way he has been able to create attractive music for children, and that is that his songs have his own label printed because they are composed by himself

I have opted for a kind of didactic song that moves away from 'too childish' formats that may seem bland to little ones, and sings in English to facilitate the learning of their followers.

Manuel Higueras (along with Peter and Jack) is current, but he does not forget that before the success was the acceptance by students and parents, and without them perhaps none of this would have been possible. It also states that Children are critical of the products and services offered to them, and that is why they have also worked as guides (perhaps without knowing it) for this musician who is also an English teacher.

We will all be pending the launch of 'English for Kids II' next month.
