The American society has ended up overcoming its prejudices regarding Baby Glutton, and currently the family business Berjuan de Onil (Alicante) is going through a sweet moment to see how the doll is granted different awards related to the children's world.
This doll is a 100% Spanish product, born in the 'cradle' of the toy (we all know that Ibi and Onil have been manufacturing important children's entertainment brands). It was launched in the year 2009, and now they offer six doll models (eight in the United States), in addition to having innovated by completing the family with a little brother and different accessories. The Glutton Baby has a clear (and healthy) educational intention since it is shown that breastfeeding is the best food for babies (remember that WHO recommends keeping it until two years). That's why many of us were surprised when the Fox chain began to launch accusations against the toy.
Let's see if now the underlying problem came to be the clear commitment to normalize breastfeeding, and allow girls to have in their arms a doll that is not bottle fed but breastfeeding !, naturally.
Because among the arguments used by the critics of this product, there were those who claimed that the nursing doll encouraged child abuse, or promoted sexuality among girls (what exactly will this mean?). Comments that obviously are not worth discussing once the controversy is over, one does not feel like analyzing such statements that lack real content.

Before we have talked to you that Baby Glutton has been receiving different awards in the United States, but one of the most relevant is that obtained from the hands of the prestigious Dr. Stevanne Auerbach, PhD, (Dr. Toy), one of the world's leading experts in games, toys and products for children.
As I read on the website of Baby Glutton, it seems that the maximum is met that 'nobody is a prophet in their land', and therefore in Spain the company does not get as many supports and recognition as on the other side of the Atlantic.
