He Madrid Zoo invites us to enjoy Christmas through their Christmas workshops from December 26, from 9 to 16 hours. The Zoo's proposal is that for six days the children can live, they will live the spirit of the parties through the animal kingdom and their caretakers.
In the Zoo they have defined two programs. The days 26, 27, December 28, 2012 propose a winter adventure to travel from end to end of the planet and discover the secrets that animals keep to combat low temperatures. The days 2,3,4 of January 2013 propose wild gifts and prepare the most fun and original packages for our animals.
And in FauniaWinter also comes and with it, the Christmas school holidays. Thus begins a new edition of the Faunia camps, from December 24 to January 7, for children from 3 to 13 years.
Special dates in which the little ones will discover how animals are prepared for winter on different continents and also learn to make fun toys for animals as Christmas gifts.
Christmas Camps in Faunia will also take place in two thematic weeks. The next 24, 26, 27 and 28 of December will live the night world adventure In Silent Shadows or the Mangrove of crocodiles, they will know in first person the adaptation to hibernation in Underground Mysteries and Poison, they will experience the warmth of Christmas among the smallest primates on the planet in La Jungla and they will compete in the Los Polos Olympics Faunia . The second week, on December 31 and on January 2, 3, 4 and 7, 2013, they will say goodbye to the year together with the animals of the Farm, they will protect themselves from winter in Underground Mysteries or in The Jungle to start the new year surrounded by penguins in the polar ecosystem with a fabulous icebergs workshop.
The goal is for children enjoy a full day from 9:00 in the morning. It includes presentation of the day, a snack, with milk with cocoa and cookies, breakfast of animals, the winter route in which a tour of the different ecosystems and thematic areas of Faunia is made. After lunch, games and workshops are adapted to the age of the children. From 16:00 you can pick up the children.
