The talent factory It is a program designed to identify and develop the talent of children. Its objective is to work on personal excellence, starting individually, in order to extend it to the entire group. The challenge is to strengthen children's self-esteem, perform sports and leisure activities in contact with nature. They also offer quality accommodation and traditionally prepared food.
The talent factory has just started camps for children between 7 and 10 years old or between 11 and 14 years old. In this specialized factory take care of the safety of the small participants and they trust the good work and the professionalism of the monitoring team that accompany them permanently. The talent factory is in Segovia, in fantastic rural houses.
Its action agenda proposes a tidy, fun and full of moments that will make our children happy. The program of the day works with the objective of enhancing the abilities of children, so the participants will evolve to develop their own skills, which can be applied in other fields and that will also be complemented with collaborative work.
The tools to achieve the objectives in each subject will be given by the teachers who, previously gathered, identify the strengths of each participant to achieve an evolution based on the security of the knowledge and skills acquired.
For example, among the tasks they perform are those of learning order and cleanliness, offering a careful personal image, appreciating a good meal and enjoying it in company, learning personal skills, communicating from active listening, being able to speak in public and Solve situations with the power of speech. These values are those that are promoted in the camp and achieved while they learn and have fun. In addition, there are also times to practice English that will be taught by native teachers.
