Hammock MamaRoo, reproduce the swaying and the voices of the parents

We have already seen a few of those devices that whisper to the baby and that rock it automatically, and today we return with a combination of both functions. The mamaRoo baby hammock incorporates different habitual movements to cradle the baby as well as the possibility of reproducing the parents' voice and music.

Of course, an example of technology at the service of comfort (more paternal than childish, sure). To reproduce the five most commonly used patterns for cradling the baby, studies were conducted with motion sensors applied to mothers and fathers.

But to me, what do you want, a hammock-robot still seems to me much colder than the arms of mom or dad, and I'm sure that babies will share my opinion ... It's like choosing between a robot or the person to give you a hug that you want me to hug you, that gives you more confidence, the one you want.

And let's not talk about how frustrating it has to be to hear the parents' voice, look for them and not see them, although for that perhaps it is worth putting a picture in front of them? I better not give ideas ...

The hammock, which moves from top to bottom and to the sides, works through the power grid so it doesn't need batteries (although I'm afraid to sleep on an electric blanket ... I think this would give me more respect). It has an obstacle detector to stop automatically if something crosses the path of the swing.

The ergonomic system of the hammock ensures the correct position of the baby's spine and hip and has connection to mobile devices that allow you to play music through its speakers allows you to record the voice of parents or family members.

Finally, each one spends his money on what he wants, but it is not a complement available to anyone, since its price amounts to 243 euros. For me, an unnecessary expense in a superfluous “pot” that also distances us from the baby.

I remember now a mini plastic seat that we were given when my first daughter was born, very simple, with some balls for baby's entertainment. Without speakers or rocking, but it served me perfectly for when I needed a moment that they were not crawling and could not have them in my arms (remember, cooking and laying).

But always next to me, talking to them in a loud voice and not with a recording, without automatic rocking because that was why I or any member of the family, and we took the opportunity to get acquainted with our faces that say it is important ...

The mamaRoo baby technological hammock is a product of the American brand 4moms and it can be found in centers of El Corte Inglés and shops specialized in childcare. With a futuristic design, you can choose between different colors for the cushion.
