If you want to be a happy mom, follow these tips

Beth Berry tells us in Mothering, who over the years has identified erroneous behaviors that, as a mother, do not serve you.

If you want to change them it is to get a more intense, happy and full life, although sometimes contravenes unwritten 'social norms', those we think we have to follow. The text is called '10 Great Ways to Be An Unhappy Mom ', and perhaps some of the moms who read us be identified. So let's see, do you want to be a happy mom or not ?, if the answer is yes ... turn Beth's messages into opposites, wait, I already do it for you:

1.-Do not think that you must have everything in the momentDo not believe that you should buy all the products that promise you immediate satisfaction.

2.-Never compare yourself with any other mother, not even with your own. Each mother is in itself a version of motherhood, since there is no right way to raise children.

3.- Forget about having a tidy and dust free house... that you can have when your children have grown up, but time passes and they come first.

4.- There is no life more perfect than ours: not even the one shown by the media. Do not feel bad if you do not do great crafts for your children, if with two children you feel overwhelmed, or if the muffins crush you while you bake.

5.-Base the relationship with your children on your own evidence, the love you feel for them, and your instinct.

6.-Do not become the victim, but if you need help ask for it.

7.- Do not make decisions pressed by others, nor why will they say yes… You are the protagonist of your life, and the balance of your children depends on your well-being.

8.- Create your own community of mothers And forget about being a super mom. We need hands to raise and educate: do not give you trouble to ask your friends for advice, and delegate when you need it.

9.-Be happy now, without making forecasts for the future, rather look back, and realize how your life has changed and improved.

10.-Don't be constantly busy, leave time to enjoy the moments with the children.

I think this Beth Decalogue summarizes many purposes of most mothers, and it will do us good as a reminder.
