Etihad Airways offers a nanny flight service

After having met with airlines that offer children-free zones, it is a joy to meet news of this type and to know that there are those who think about the little ones.

Etihad Airways has announced that it offers a 'nannys' in flight service that will help parents to make the trip more bearable for the little ones.

Well trained staff

During the last two months, 300 cabin crew members have completed training for this job, another 60 will be trained in September and 500 more They will be working on Etihad Airways flights at the end of 2013.

All staff have been trained in child psychology, sociology and child development in the prestigious Norland College English, which will allow them to identify the different types of behavior and stages of development that our children are going through, as well as to appreciate the perspective and needs of families.

They will entertain the little ones, but they will not replace the parents

The activities they will carry out range from the realization of origami magic tricks and puppets. There will also be for the biggest contests and air travel. But nevertheless, they will not change diapers or take the little ones to the bathroom "due to legal and security issues".

Hopefully this type of initiatives will be extended by many more companies. What do you think of this 'nanny's in flight service? Would you hire him?
