The Spanish production Justin and the sword of courage premieres in cinemas on September 20

Justin and The Sword of Courage (Justin and the Knights of Valor) is a Spanish production directed by Manuel Sicilia and produced by Antonio Banderas. The film has a budget that exceeds 20 million euros and has a clear international projection with an expected premiere in Spain on September 20, 2013. The challenge is to convert Spanish animation and the production of Kandor Graphics, into an international consolidation reference after the successes of The Lost Lynx or Oscar nominations and Goya Award with the short film La Dama y la Muerte.

We have already seen the film thanks to the preview to which we were invited by the magazine Toads and Princesses and Microsoft and we liked it very much because of the argument, the medieval environment of gentlemen, the characters full of life and the fantastic landscapes and technical details that can be seen throughout the projection. As we had commented, Justin lives in a kingdom that has banished knights and is ruled by bureaucrats making absurd laws. Justin wants to be a gentleman like his grandfather Sir Rolando although his father, Reginald, is the high court advisor and the greatest bureaucrat and wants his son to follow in his footsteps and become a lawyer. Luckily Justin has his grandmother who encourages him to be like his grandfather Sir Rolando, a noble knight who defended the kingdom with his life until he was killed by the evil Sir Heraclio. So Justin pursues his dream by starting a path to become a gentleman through an exciting training in which he will meet fascinating characters.

In the video that illustrates the article you can see an interview conducted by Hobby Consoles in which they explain many of the details of the work.

Among the great adventures Justin lives is the girl with whom love will arise, a magician who reminds us of a television character of the 90s famous for his purple robe and personality splits, an abbey full of charm in which endearing characters and great stories live. In addition there are other very rich characters such as an aspiring dragon crocodile or the evil Sir Heraclio who has the sota minions, horse to achieve his evil purposes.

Justin and The Sword of Courage It is enjoyed in Spanish although its objective of being international has made it have a spectacular cast full of references with voices such as Antonio Banderas that puts the voice great to a cowardly gentleman, Freddie Highmore, Saoirse Ronan, Mark Strong, Olivia Williams, Charles Dance, Julie Walters, Rupert Everett as the evil Sota and Alfred Molina. In Spanish is Inma Cuesta, one of the protagonists of the television 'Red Eagle' which gives voice to the brave and decisive Talía. The music theme in Spanish is interpreted by Angy.

Our partners of Movie blog leave us the trailer in Spanish ...

... and the trailer in English with very interesting nuances and with a title that I like more than in Spanish: Justin and the knights of courage:

I wish the film many successes and we hope that Kandor Graphics is consolidated as a great producer of children's successes and about which Antonio Banderas says that he has been surprising children and adults who have been literally pushed by their children to movie theaters for more than 15 years to see great films full of imagination, creativity, adventures and many values.
