Researchers' night is celebrated next Friday, September 27

He September 27th, 33 countries in Europe participate in the Researchers Night. And from Ireland to Israel, researchers will share with the public their passion for science in 300 cities European

Researchers' Night is also held in different locations in the Community of Madrid with 22 activities between 5:00 p.m. and 12:00 p.m. and with the leadership of The madri + d Foundation. His main objective is to bring researchers closer to citizens so they know their work, the benefits they bring to society and their impact on everyday life. All this within the framework of festive and recreational activities, whose protagonists are both citizens and researchers. For all it is an excellent opportunity to promote both the scientific vocations of the children and the entrepreneurial spirit among the young.

In this fourth edition in Madrid, collaborate in the night Madrid City Council, BBVA, Fundación Telefónica, Instituto Cervantes, Metro de Madrid, Royal Botanic Garden Juan Carlos I, University of Alcalá and Tuenti. There are also 18 institutions whose experience in the design and management of scientific dissemination and citizen participation activities.

Other participating Spanish cities include very attractive programs, for example, Santa Catalina Park, in The Gran Canarian palms, where workshops on solar and wind energy will be organized. The Night of Researchers Madrid 2013 is a European scientific dissemination project framed in the PEOPLE Program of the 7th EU Framework Program which is promoted by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports and coordinated by the Madri + d Foundation.
