These days is being very shared the video that tells us about the hardest job in the world. One in which they have invented a job and offer it to several people in a real job interview, through videoconferencing.
The working conditions are not favorable, they are inhuman and illegal according to several of the interviewees, who do not give credit to someone who could accept a job like this: 24 hours, full availability, no right to rest or free time, no salary ... Can you imagine what work it is?
"Director of operations". But not of any operation. A mysterious work that is unveiling little by little ... In which we have a "partner" that seems to be the really important and with rights: those of the worker go behind.
Job applicants need degrees in medicine, finance, culinary arts ... They may not sleep at night and spend them entirely with their "partners." Yes, the director of operations is, indeed, mom.
On the occasion of Mother's Day, this small tribute was intended. Luckily, being a mother is neither a job nor as hard as they have painted, it gives many satisfactions and that is why, I say, thousands of people every day "accept the job".
The video ends with emotional moments of the supposed applicants for the job, surprised to learn the real reason for the interview, thanking their mothers for the work they did (or do) with them.
The idea of the video is fine and serves its purpose, but without a doubt if I had to really sell a job like that, I wouldn't show it so negative… don't you think?
