Tricks to enrich baby's meals

Some are never wrong tips to make your dishes tastier. Thus, in addition to eating richer, expanding the variety of flavors we will be contributing to create a positive relationship with food. Here they go.

Boil the vegetables in a little broth and then use the cooking broths to crush the vegetables. This way you will make better use of food nutrients, especially if the cooking is short.

When they start with the vegetable purees you can add a dash of olive oil. Later, when they can eat everything, you can add some white cheese or grated cheese to vegetables or an egg to soups.

When they accept the pieces you can include cut noodles or chicken pieces in the vegetable puree. To fruit purees you can add fruit juice, some milk with cereals or crushed cookies, at the age recommended by the pediatrician. Later, you can add nuts.

You can also add yogurt to the fruit puree and when they start eating chips, you can place fruit cut into small pieces inside the yogurt, turning the snack into a more complete meal.

Do not add salt or sugar to food and it is strictly forbidden to add honey before the year, as the baby can get botulism.
