Children's Story Contest on Human Rights

We know that a good way for children to learn about important values ​​for human beings and our society is stories. Too people's fundamental rights can be known through a narrative That conscientious boys and girls.

An interesting contest arrives from Catalonia that wants to reward the best children's stories about human rights. The stories will serve as an educational tool for the little ones and, although there is no age limit to participate in the contest, the stories of authors under 17 will be taken into consideration.

The contest is called "Human rights in the street", and is called by the Institut de Drets Humans de Catalunya. The stories may have as a thematic axis any of the 30 fundamental rights, showing your compliance or the consequences of your violation.

The stories can be in Spanish or Catalan and have an extension of between 2 and 6 DIN A4 pages. You can send as many stories as you like until December 10, 2008, as long as they deal with different articles. They can be submitted or sent by post to the Institute's headquarters (Pau Claris 92, entl. 1, 08010 Barcelona).
