Recommendations for choosing safe toys

Unfailingly, another year has passed and the purchase of Christmas presents is approaching. I know it seems soon, but buying with time is one of the keys to saving on toys and making sure we get what we want.

But in addition to when to buy it, it is also important to pay attention to theThe requirements that a toy must meet to be safe, besides, of course, the child likes it.

Sometimes cheap can be expensive, so we must control some things in the toys we buy:

1) That it is indicated for the child's age: in addition to being right with age, it helps to enhance the child's development according to its stage of growth, it is also important to respect it for its safety. It is equally dangerous to buy a toy for a small child that is indicated for older children for small pieces that it could contain, such as buying a toy indicated for a younger age, since the child could get bored and misuse it.

2) Ensure that it contains the CE mark, which is mandatory, in addition to the instructions for use in Spanish and the identification of the manufacturer or responsible for its marketing, just in case we had to claim.

3) Be wary of big price differences. In that price difference is the child's safety. Although they may appear to be identical, cheap toys are made of inappropriate materials, work worse and can be a threat to children's integrity (toxic paints, bad finishes, loose parts). Remember that it is better to buy less but good and that our responsibility in choosing with discretion is a guarantee of security.
